Biowaste is collected in all municipalities in the Pirkanmaan Jätehuolto area.

We will provide separate bins for the waste.
Cardboard packaging
Collection of cardboard packaging can be ordered for urban housing company yards in these municipalities: Hämeenkyrö, Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Tampere and Ylöjärvi.
Plastic packaging
Plastic packaging is currently collected on a property-by-property basis in the urban areas of Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Tampere and Ylöjärvi. Plastic packaging from housing companies has been collected in large waste containers emptied by a waste truck crane. You can sign up for this collection service based on your own deep container, or one rented from us.
