• sign up for waste management services
• check the next waste bin emptying round
• order the emptying of a cess pool or septic tank
• update your own information

Sign into the online service

To sign in, you need

• a username, i.e. your customer number
• a password, i.e. the invoice number

If you’ve just received your first invoice, you may have to wait a few days before signing in. After signing in, you can change your password.

Without signing in, you can

• sign up for waste management services
• give feedback
