Waste management is about cooperation

Our contractors, owners, partners, staff and all our residents play a role. We achieve more together.

Waste transportation is handled by private transport companies selected through tendering processes. Our company is responsible for the tendering and routing of waste collection, and for customer service and invoicing. All property waste management matters are handled through our customer service.

Official waste management tasks belong to the Regional Waste Management Committee and the municipal environmental authority.

Producers (manufacturers, importers and packaging companies) are responsible for managing waste:

• vehicle tyres
• paper
• packaging
• rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries
• scrap vehicles
• electrical equipment

We complement the producers’ waste reception network with our own sites.
