Kenitex

A coating used in building facades in 1960-1985. Product names: Kenitex EH, K, VK and KK, Korkki-Kenitex. Contains approximately 5% of chrysotile (white asbestos). Large amounts (50 littre or more) of asbestos  waste is only accepted at the Tarastenjärvi Waste Centre.

All the waste containing asbestos has to be packed. Dusty and loose asbestos waste has to be packed properly into a closed container or durable sack and close it well.
