Arrange regular emptying of cess pools and septic tanks upon placing your first order, when the price is lowest. Regular emptying makes transportation planning more efficient, reducing the kilometres driven, environmental emissions, costs and traffic on the roads.

Emptying time for regular emptying service

Cess pools and small treatment plants are emptied during the agreed emptying week.

Septic tanks are emptied within 10 working days of the beginning of the agreed emptying week.

Order the emptying of a cess pool or sceptic tank

If you do not order our regular emptying service, you must pay for each emptying separately. Your facility will be emptied within five business days after we receive your order.

Fixed-date emptying service

In exceptional cases, emptying can be done on a fixed date. In such cases, the tank or cess pool is emptied as agreed within five business days of the order, or on a specific business day excluding the order date.

Emergency emptying during evenings and on weekends can be ordered by calling 03 240 5112. 

Emptying of cess pools and septic tanks in Nokia

In Nokia, emptying should be agreed directly with the contractor. Please note that the contractor must be listed as approved on the ELY Centre’s waste management register.
